StipiAid content, database entries, and AI matches are for personal use only. Reselling, sharing, copying, or distributing StipiAid information is strictly prohibited. Account sharing is monitored via IP and device tracking. Violations result in immediate termination without refund.

1. User Accounts & Security

To access our scholarship and job matching services, you must register for an account. Under European Union consumer laws, you agree that:

  • Each account is strictly tied to one individual and a unique email address.
  • Technical Protection: We employ device fingerprinting and IP tracking. If an account is accessed from multiple unauthorized locations simultaneously, it will be flagged for security review.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Conduct and Eligibility

Users must be at least 16 years of age (or the age of consent in their respective EU member state). You agree not to use automated systems (bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to extract data from the Platform.

3. Intellectual Property & Personal Use

All content on StipiAid, including text, AI-generated matches, and our proprietary database, is protected by EU Directive 96/9/EC (Legal Protection of Databases).

Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the information for your own personal scholarship and job applications.
Prohibited Use: You may not copy, republish, or sell any data retrieved from StipiAid. Account sharing is treated as a breach of contract.

4. Fees, Subscriptions & Terminations

Subscriptions provide access to premium databases. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive:

  • Digital content access is granted immediately upon payment.
  • Refunds: Because access to the proprietary database is provided instantly, you waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period once digital content delivery has begun.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to terminate access immediately, without refund, if we detect reselling or unauthorized redistribution of our content.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. For consumers residing in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply. Any disputes shall be handled through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform or the competent courts within the EU.
